Quick Version
All attendees, speakers, sponsors, partners, exhibitors, volunteers, and staff at the Transylvania Coffee Festival are required to agree to and uphold this Code of Conduct. We, the organizers, are committed to enforcing this policy throughout the event and expect full cooperation from all participants to ensure a respectful, inclusive, and harassment-free environment for everyone.
The Transylvania Coffee Festival is dedicated to providing a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable experience for all—regardless of gender, gender identity or expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), technology preferences, or any other aspect of personal identity.
Harassment in any form will not be tolerated. Sexual language, inappropriate imagery, or offensive conduct is not acceptable at any festival venue, including public talks, workshops, cuppings, competitions, exhibitions, or through digital and social platforms associated with the festival.
Participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the event without a refund, at the discretion of the organizing team.
